Effective September 1, 2022, House Bill 3319, 87th Legislative Session, requires that Driver Education curricula include “Information Relating to Passing Certain Vehicles.” House Bill 3212, 87th Legislative Session, requires that Driver Education curricula include “Information Relating to Street Racing.” Senate Bill 1831, 87th Legislative Session, requires that Driver Education curricula include “Information Relating to Human Trafficking Prevention”.
